STOP SMOKING
Why Do We Smoke?

We have two minds and when these two minds: conscious and subsconcious and when these two are against each other issues arise like can’t stop smoking and all kind of issues.
A smoker may consciously want to quit smoking, They don't like the terrible smell. They don't like burning holes in their clothes and furnishings and they certainly don't like watching their money go up in smoke. Yet they continue smoking in spite of may reasons for wanting to quit
These people are unable to quit because they are being controlled by thoughts, imprints and impressions, which exist in their subconscious minds.
The conscious level of the mind can be used to reason and think, but it cannot overrule the control of the subconscious mind that has been programmed by thoughts, imprints and impressions, that the conscious level of the mind is not even aware of.
Clearing out the thoughts
Hypnosis gives your subconscious mind the suggestions and instructions it needs to change or clear out all of those thoughts, imprints and impressions which are currently causing you to smoke. This is one of the main reasons why hypnosis can be so powerful in helping people overcome the smoking habit permanently.
Once a person has been guided into a hypnotic state, the subconscious level of the mind becomes more susceptible to suggestions. The person is completely aware of what the therapist is saying and the suggestions given by the therapist are received by the subconscious mind. The suggestions have a powerful effect in releasing those thoughts, imprints and impressions that have been causing the problem.
Unless the subconscious mind is changed, the smoking habit continues to dominate the person. Normal willpower can only dent the surface temporarily. Hypnosis can permanently change the subconscious mind, so you will never want to smoke again.
Many of already know that smoking is costing us $1000’s and $1000’s of dollars every year. Cigarettes are more expensive than ever averaging $4.50 per pack.
The average smoker smokes 40 cigarettes a day – that’s a $9.00 a day habit. In one week alone the average smoker spends $63.00 in cigarettes or $270.00 per month! That’s $3,240 per year – to kill yourself.
And that’s just the beginning…
Then there’s all the associated health problems. Did you know 1 out of every 4 smokers dies of a smoking related death? If you are between the ages of 30-40 you are 5 times more likely to drop dead of a stroke than a non-smoker.
Smoking is the #1 cause of preventable death in the world (according to the surgeon general)!
Adult male and female smokers lost an average of 13.2 and 14.5 years of life, respectively, because they smoked. Center for Disease Control
According to the report, smoking kills an estimated 440,000 Americans each year.
And unfortunately for you, on the way you get lots and lots of smoking related illnesses like colds, coughs, weakened immune system, emphysema, cancer, heart disease, etc. and what’s more fun than going to the doctor again and again?
Then there’s also all the air fresheners, breath mints, whitening tooth pastes, colognes and all the other stuff you use to cover up that nasty smell. Why? Because it’s not even socially acceptable anymore. Most people detest the smell of smoke and hate when others smoke around us.
So why in the world don’t we stop when we know it’s expensive, we know it’s bad for us, and nobody wants to be around us when we’re doing it?
After all, would you pay someone $9.00 a day to cover you in disease infested feces? I know that’s extreme – but think about it? It’s the same thing…so why do we do it? Because smoking is an addiction to nicotine and also it is a habit, then the brain from society and for fear
